Overview
A major energy and industrial services company is running a multi-year digital transformation program and needs an experienced Business Analyst to support requirements gathering, process design, and stakeholder alignment. You will play a central role in ensuring technology delivery meets operational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Elicit and document functional and non-functional business requirements
- Facilitate workshops with operational and technology stakeholders
- Create process flow diagrams, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect management
- Maintain program documentation and knowledge base
Qualifications
- 4+ years of business analysis experience in technology projects
- Experience in supply chain, operations, or industrial environments
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and process modeling tools
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in ERP or WMS implementation programs
- Understanding of SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise platforms
- Exposure to Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks
